Feel your feet, 

Bask in the sun,

Don’t believe the lies,

No need to run.

Put down your phone,

Shut the computer off,

Allow for stillness,

It’s okay to stop.

Stay grounded in truth,

The knowing within,

That is the path to love,

And through love, we all win.
