My last name Lamoureux means "the one who is in love" in French. That is my mission to help women love themselves and their lives.
At the age of ten, I was put into a back brace for scoliosis which I wore for six years. I could barely breathe in the brace and had to wear it 23-hours a day. I felt disconnected from my body and my voice. I self-edited to fit in. I gave up my passion, musical theater, because I couldn't breathe in the brace let alone sing in it. I was not living from an empowered place. I learned to quiet my inner voice until one day I decided to embrace my inner knowing and power again. It started with little steps — like taking singing lessons to reconnect myself to something that brought me joy — to bigger goals like becoming an author, entrepreneur, and podcaster.
We all have an inner voice. It may whisper “take that class”, “start that business”, “write that book” or “it’s time to make your health and self-care a priority”. I believe that voice is your soul reminding you what makes you unique and that those gifts are connected to your life path. I also believe that it's not too late to pursue a dream that keeps whispering in your heart or to prioritize what lights you up.
My hope is that the content and offerings I've created with you in mind will spark your inner flame and lead you to answers and back to your authentic self.
I don’t want any woman with a dream in her heart to look back on her life and realize she did everything for everyone else and never made time for her own dreams and goals. My intention is to empower women to play a starring role in her life instead of living on the sidelines.™
You give to everyone and often beyond what you actually have within you to give. You do so because you love the people in your life. You care about doing great work in the world. You take your responsibilities seriously. You have integrity and compassion for others. But maybe there is a part of you that is simply tired. You’re tired of not giving to yourself and you crave more fun and play. Some adventure and something of your own.
Does any of this resonate with you? If so, I get it because as a midlife woman who wears many hats I know it can be a challenge to prioritize yourself and dream a bigger dream for your life. If you have an inner whisper calling to you, my belief is that is your soul guiding you back to your purpose and gifts.
If you feel like you are stuck and don't know how to get from where you are to where you want to be, just know that it’s never too late to design a life you love. To help you on your path, I've created my podcast and newsletter with free weekly tips + inspiration to live your best midlife. Be sure to check them out!

This is my favorite quote. It reminds us what is important. There is such power in the little things. The small action steps you take each day to design a better life -- as well as the small treasures that surround us in every moment.
