TERMS OF AGREEMENT FOR PODCAST GUESTS: You, on behalf of yourself individually and any relevant company or client you have proper authority under, agree to an interview with Michele Lamoureux, host of “Her Starring Role” (the "PODCAST") and (The Good Life with Michele Lamoureux, (the "PODCAST") and Founder of Lamoureux Media LLC, “Lamoureux Media” or herein referenced as (the “COMPANY”). By participating in this interview, you agree and acknowledge the following:
1. Recording
This interview will be recorded in audio and/or video form.

2. Grant of Rights
You grant Michele Lamoureux (“Host”) and Lamoureux Media, LLC (“Company”) the perpetual, worldwide right to record, use, edit, publish, distribute, and promote the interview and related materials, in any format or media, now or in the future, as part of the PODCAST.

3. Ownership
The Company is the sole owner of the PODCAST episode, recordings, and any related materials.

4. Use of Guest’s Name, Image, and Materials
You grant permission for your name, voice, image, likeness, and any materials you provide (e.g., bio, photos) to be used in connection with the PODCAST and related promotions.

5. Voluntary Participation
You understand that participation is voluntary and that you will not receive compensation.

6. Release of Liability
You release the Host, Company, and PODCAST from any claims related to the production, use, or distribution of the interview.

7. Publication Rights
The Company and/or Host reserves the sole right, at its discretion, to determine whether or not to publish the interview. The Company and/or Host may choose not to release the interview, may delay its release, or may remove it from publication at any time, for any reason, without notice.

8. Guest Promotion
Guest may promote or publicize their participation in the Podcast; however, all rights of production, editing, and distribution remain exclusively with the Producer.

9. Guest Representations & Warranties
You represent and warrant that any materials you provide (e.g., biography, photos, or statements) are your own or that you have obtained the necessary permissions to use them, and that such materials do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Your personal information (such as name, likeness, and materials provided) will be used solely in connection with the PODCAST and related promotional activities.
