  1. Detox from media
  2. Discern how much info you take in and from what sources
  3. If you are an empath, you need to be extra vigilant how much info you take in right now.
  4. Breathe – breathing app
  5. Meditate – headspace/calm
  6. Walk – get some fresh air – keep distance of 6 feet from people
  7. Watch funny videos and movies
  8. Listen to motivating podcasts
  9. Read books for an escape for your mind
  10. Do creative activities with your kids 
  11. Write – ask your higher self some questions
  12. Gratitude every day— Thank the people who are the helpers – health care workers. To the market
  13. Music – fun update music – dance party 
  14. Play the piano/sing/play a guitar
  15. Shower and get dressed like you normally would
