What does it really mean to age well? In this episode, I’m joined by Dr. Stephanie Rogers, a board-certified geriatrician, internal medicine physician, and Associate Chief of Geriatric Clinical Programs at UCSF. She’s also the Founder and Medical Director of UCSF’s Age-Friendly Health System and the voice behind @AgeWellWithDrSteph.

We talk about the habits that can help us age well, protect our brain and bones, maintain muscle, and preserve independence. We also discuss medications, bone density, advocating for aging parents, health misinformation, and what caring for older adults has taught Dr. Rogers about living a meaningful life.
