I walk you through five journal prompts. Clarity is the key to deciding where to spend your time. Journal Prompts
1. Write down what isn’t working in your life. Also list what’s broken that needs to be fixed to lessen your mental load.
2. Identify what is working in your life. Double down on the good things and feel the gratitude.
3. Pick the top two core values that you want to prioritize in 2025.
4. Make sure you make time in your calendar for those values this year to be in alignment.
5. Write out a day in your life 5 years from now on January 1, 2030.
